DATA ENTRY
Upon completion of the scanning process of your interment records, the keypunching of the data begins.
Copies of your images are sent to our service bureau. Here the task of manually entering the information into the predetermined fields can be undertaken by our data_entry technician force of 40 staff members.
These fields are chosen based on your desired search/query capabilities and required information utilized to perform your cemeteries day-to-day operations.
We perform two verifications reviews of every document, thus ensuring an extremely high level of accuracy.
Although every cemetery is different, we can complete a database of 100,000 records within one month.
A CD-rom disc is then made available to our technician, containing all the text information retrieved from your images .
Indexing of these files to the corresponding images is an integral aspect of the data_entry process, resulting in efficient query options.
As well, multiple copies are made, backing up the database from the beginning of your cemeteries record keeping process to the present day.
